Tootsie is TICA registered, she is a traditional Blue Point Mitted female who is exceptionally sweet natured. She is a little on the petite side, which she makes up for in personality plus! She loves people, will follow you around like a puppy! You truly could not ask for a sweeter kitten. She will do well for anyone including children. She is not shy and will be a very attention needy girl, so recommended for a home who has a lot of time for a cat and a constant companion and friend.
